Terms and conditions
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms govern the use of atlantics.mx and the Atlantics project portal. By using them, or by ticking the acceptance box, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. The Spanish version prevails.
1. Who we are
The website and the portal are run by Rodrigo Aguirre Cardoso, trading as Atlantics ("Atlantics"), with an address at [to be completed]. Contact: svc@atlantics.mx, +52 55 2857 9181.
2. Use of the website and the portal
- Use them lawfully and without trying to damage, overload or access their systems without permission.
- Portal access is personal: you sign in with one-time links sent to your e-mail. Do not share them; whatever is done with your session is understood as done by you.
- You can invite people from your company to your project; you decide who has access.
3. The information you share
- What you write and upload must be true and you must have the right to share it.
- Do not share passwords or access keys through the portal or by e-mail; when the project needs them, we agree on a secure channel.
- If your project includes personal data of third parties (for example, your employees or customers), Atlantics processes it on your behalf and under the contract.
4. Initial analysis and artificial intelligence
The initial analysis and the preliminary assessment are prepared with AI support and reviewed by the team. They are guidance: they are not an offer or a quote, they may contain errors and they do not replace the discovery meeting. What we commit to is in the proposal and the contract.
5. Paid advisory
Projects start with a paid advisory. Its price, scope and validity are those of the offer you accept in the portal, and it is paid before the discovery meeting. If the offer includes a credit toward development, it only applies within the period and percentage it states.
6. Quotes and proposals
Each proposal states its scope, price, payment terms and validity. Prices are in Mexican pesos plus VAT unless the proposal says otherwise. An expired proposal must be confirmed again.
7. Payments and invoices
You can pay by bank transfer or by card through Stripe. Atlantics does not see or store your card details. We issue the Mexican tax invoice (CFDI) for each payment with the details you give us.
8. Contract and online signature
Development is governed by the contract both parties sign in the portal. Signing online with the code sent to your verified e-mail, together with the evidence the system keeps (date, IP, browser and document fingerprint), expresses your consent by electronic means under the Mexican Commerce Code and Federal Civil Code.
9. Intellectual property
The texts, designs, brands and software of the website and the portal belong to Atlantics or their owners. Ownership of the software we build for you is governed by the contract: it passes to you on full payment, and Atlantics keeps its prior tools and components with a license for you to use them.
10. Confidentiality
We treat the business information you share in the portal and in meetings as confidential and only use it for your project. The contract sets the period and the exceptions.
11. Availability and liability
We work to keep the website and the portal available and secure, but they may be interrupted for maintenance or causes beyond our control. Atlantics' liability for the contracted service is the one set in the contract; outside it, the website content is informational.
12. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party services (for example WhatsApp, Stripe, Meet or Teams), which have their own terms.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page with its date. Changes do not affect contracts already signed.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Tula de Allende, Hidalgo, unless the contract says otherwise.
